Lieutenant Governor Bio

Hello, my name is John Vandagriff and I live in Springdale, AR.  I enjoy many outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, and jogging. I play tight end and middle linebacker for my high school football team.  I have played football for seven years and enjoy the sport quite a bit.  I listen to classic rock, Christian, and R&B music.

The reasons I wanted to become a lieutenant governor are:  my love for Key Club, my desire to help others, and the passion I have for service.  I found Key Club when I was a sophomore in high school. My sister was already a member of Key Club and she asked me if I wanted to join. She explained to me that I was already doing the main things Key Club does, which is service.  I knew my love and passion for service so I decided to join.

As lieutenant governor for Division 22 my goals include not only serving, but showing the importance of service to all of the clubs in the division.  It is my personal goal to lead by example and be a role model for other Key Club members. I hope to provide my home club and the division’s clubs with community service project ideas.
